Terms of use

Last updated 6 September 2026

These terms cover your use of bloompdf.com. The site is operated by Kabett (kabett.com), based in India. Using the site means you accept what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site. Questions go to hello.kabett@gmail.com.

What the service is

BloomPDF provides tools that merge, split, rotate, edit and convert documents. The work happens inside your browser, on your own device. We do not receive your files. There is no account to create and no charge to use the tools.

Your documents stay yours

You keep every right you already had in the files you process. We claim no licence, no ownership and no right to use them, which is straightforward for us to promise because your files are never transmitted to us in the first place.

You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you use here, and for keeping your own backups. A tool that edits a document can produce a result you did not intend, so keep the original until you have checked the output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to process material you have no legal right to process.
  • Break, overload or probe the site, or try to interfere with anyone else's use of it.
  • Remove or work around notices, or misrepresent the site as your own service.
  • Use the site where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

Because the tools run on your device rather than our servers, we generally cannot see misuse and cannot stop it individually. We may withdraw or change the service if it is abused.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error free, or that a given document will process correctly or produce a particular result. Some documents are unusual, encrypted or damaged, and a tool may fail on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kabett is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost business, or lost or corrupted data, arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free and your files are never in our possession, our total liability for any claim connected to the site is limited to the greater of what you paid to use it, which is nothing, or the minimum the applicable law permits.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the parts that can apply still apply.

Third party services

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and, if you consent to analytics, loads Google Analytics. Their terms and privacy practices are their own. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Intellectual property

The BloomPDF name, the design of the site and its content belong to Kabett. You may use the tools freely for their intended purpose. You may not copy the site wholesale and present it as your own service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time, since the service is free and offered without commitment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the site as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
